Yes we've sold the domain belonging to our parent company! The sale of oAssist was not a rash decision. It was a decision based on need, and an eventual realization of a dream. I simply could not afford to maintain the site, train new seo team so that the company could grow, or manage the accounting and day-to-day management. The new owner is a savvy Australian business-man, loving America. In fact, he's visiting for one month as we speak, jetting from Cali to New York with his family, having his holiday and loving it!
This is a man I can truly trust. His input and dedication to this company has been beyond exceptional. He works right a long beside me each and every day, without any other distractions he does much of the work. He truly enjoys doing the management portion of the site and is going to be a great team member. Remember I mentioned, "the management" portion of the site was my weakness. My strength is in the way I approach expert seo and sales.
Although I have a "bit" of a legal background, have at least 4 prominent attorney clients, and my passion for legalese is immense, I prefer tasking out the legal/accounting/management portion of my work to those who know the skill sets better than I do and most importantly, only the most honest people. I have been called a "liar", "judgmental", "bad names" and here I say, I am none of the above.
People get jealous in this business. I deal with people that have a ton of money, far more than mine, and yet because I have been around all types of people I can handle just about anyone. What's this have to do with the sale of oAssist, I'll tell you why! It's because I have no passion to be a millionaire if I have to live in a tank of "sharks". I will get out of the tank, find a way to get rid of the shark (legally of course, lol), and then get back in the tank to enjoy those peering in at me to see how beautiful I am.
Have a day guys. I know I will!
